Am so happy I came in today. Jodi was amazing. She is so friendly and also made me feel very comfortable while getting a bikini wax. I am so glad I came here. I will definitely be coming back.
Shop was found by using Groupon. The location isn’t the cleanest. The floors are dirty and the wax room smelled. The lady rushed through and talked the whole time about her kid. I didn’t see her wash her hands between customer waxes. The room isn’t as sanitary as it should be to be performing Brazilian waxes. Also no fan or music or any circulation in the shop. I would NOT recommend and will NOT be returning.
My experience was terrifying! The owner assaulted me. She was 15 min late for my appointment so I was trying to talk to her about when I can reschedule since I had another commitment. The place was very dirty and unclean. She was extremely rude and suddenly charged towards me, pushed me and tried to snatch my phone. I am planning to report her to the police. I am terrified.
